If you use PrecisionRE Flow on behalf of a company, brokerage, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

All activity occurring under your account

You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of content and information you submit to PrecisionRE Flow, including listing information, images, lead information, notes, and other materials (“Your Content”).

You grant PrecisionRE Flow a limited license to process Your Content solely as reasonably necessary to provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service.

This may include processing Your Content through third-party service providers necessary to provide requested functionality.

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit Your Content to PrecisionRE Flow and use it through the Service.

5. AI-Generated Content

PrecisionRE Flow uses artificial intelligence to assist with content generation and business workflows.

AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or inappropriate suggestions.

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before using, sending, publishing, or relying upon it.

PrecisionRE Flow does not guarantee that AI-generated content:

Is factually accurate

Is legally compliant

Complies with MLS rules

Complies with advertising regulations

Complies with fair housing requirements

Is appropriate for a particular transaction

Is suitable for publication without human review

You are responsible for final approval and use of generated content.

6. Real Estate Compliance

PrecisionRE Flow is a software and automation platform.

We are not a real estate brokerage, attorney, financial advisor, tax advisor, or compliance service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of PrecisionRE Flow complies with applicable:

Federal laws

State and local laws

Real estate regulations

MLS rules

Brokerage policies

Advertising requirements

Fair housing requirements

Privacy requirements

You should review generated content before publication or use.

7. Facebook and Instagram Integrations

PrecisionRE Flow may allow you to connect Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts.

By connecting these services, you authorize PrecisionRE Flow to perform the actions you request through the permissions granted to the application.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the authority to connect and manage the applicable Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, and other business assets.

Third-party platforms may change their APIs, permissions, policies, or functionality. PrecisionRE Flow cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party integrations.

You may disconnect third-party accounts at any time through available account controls or the applicable third-party platform.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not use PrecisionRE Flow to:

Violate applicable law

Violate another person's rights

Commit fraud

Send unlawful or abusive communications

Upload malicious software

Attempt unauthorized access

Circumvent security controls

Abuse or overload the Service

Use the Service to generate content for unlawful purposes

Misrepresent yourself or your authority to manage connected accounts

Violate Meta, Facebook, Instagram, MLS, or other third-party policies

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription.

Subscription prices, billing frequency, and included features are presented at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled.

You authorize our payment processor to charge the applicable payment method for recurring subscription fees.

We may change pricing for future billing periods by providing appropriate notice.

10. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription according to the cancellation controls provided by PrecisionRE Flow or the applicable payment platform.

Cancellation generally prevents future renewal but does not automatically reverse charges that have already been incurred unless required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, ERROR-FREE, ACCURATE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

AI-GENERATED CONTENT IS PROVIDED AS ASSISTANCE AND SHOULD BE REVIEWED BY A QUALIFIED HUMAN BEFORE USE.

17. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRECISIONRE FLOW AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO PRECISIONRE FLOW FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
